Clear Mind Retreat with Kelsang Chogyop

Meditation is an effective tool to combat stress, depression, anxiety and other negative states of mind.  In this half day retreat, come relax with three guided meditations on the nature of our mind that lead to mental clarity and inner peace and discover your own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness!

Buddhist nun, Kelsang Chogyop will give background information and guide all meditations.

11:00 – 11:45 am | Meditation #2

Noon – 12:45 pm | Meditation #3

 No previous experience of meditation is necessary.  Feel free to attend any or all sessions. Everyone welcome!

$5/session or $12/for the day.  Includes refreshments.
