Delusions distort our world and function to make the mind unpeaceful and uncontrolled. If we did not have them we would experience only peace and contentment. In this 6-week course, we will explore the six causes of delusions, how they arise and what we can do to stop negative thinking and reactions.
Through overcoming negativity we will attain inner peace in our daily lives. How wonderful! Everyone welcome!
