Seven Habits of Highly Successful Meditators Daycourse

Learning to meditate can be light and joyful if we adopt the habits of successful meditators. If you have tried to meditate before, but could not stick to it, or if you are new to meditation, this day course will give you the missing ingredients for successful practice. Learning these seven habits, called the seven limbs of meditation, will help your practice to deepen and grow. These methods can be used at any time and at any place, to practically bring meditation into daily life.

- 10-11:30am – Teaching #1
- what you will learn: 1) Prostration in Daily Life; 2) Making Offerings; 3) Purifying the Mind
- 11:30-1pm – Lunch Break
- 1-2:30pm – Teaching #2
- what you will learn: 4) Cultivating Joy; 5) Beseeching, 6) Requesting and 7) Dedication
- 2:30-3pm – Tea Break
- 3-4pm – Putting it all together: Chanted prayers and guided meditation
