Our Sunday drop-in meditation classes include guided meditations, a short prayer dedicated to world peace, and a teaching on a Buddhist topic. In these classes, we can learn and practice essential meditation techniques, reduce stress, and develop lasting happiness. In so doing, we can find real inner peace within our own hearts and in this way contribute to world peace.
The first Sunday of the month, Marlin will teach the class and afterwards there will be a potluck brunch for anyone who wants to stay and enjoy good food and conversation. Feel free to bring a dish to share.
